Illustrated with 3 drypoints and 1 transfer lithograph, the dustjacket and slipcase also are printed with transfer lithographs printed in colors by Picasso. From the “édition de tête”, the first 30 copies were issued with an extra suite of prints (3 drypoints and 1 transfer lithograph) printed on ancient Japan paper. “The colophon states that the suite accompanying the first 30 copies is comprised of the frontispiece only. In fact, the suite consists of the 3 drypoints as well as the frontispiece lithograph, and is presented in a separate wrapper printed with the same lithograph as the slipcase.” Cramer.

This is copy No. 22 from a total edition of 170 copies, signed in pencil by Picasso on the justification page.
