Carsten Höller has created a small-scale version of his signature Giant Triple Mushroom sculptures, a highlight of his recent exhibition at Gagosian West 24th street. Contained within a delicate glass dome, this sculpture is presented as a kind of rare scientific specimen brought back from Höller’s own unique visual world. Handmade and hand-painted, each is a unique variant.
